Privacy Notice
This notice explains how DUNE VENTURE handles information submitted through Talk to DUNE and the limited functional data used by this website.
What the form asks for
Identity and company context, contact details, business stage, the challenge, why it matters now, and the next dune the founder believes the company must cross.
How the information is used
To review an inquiry, decide whether a conversation is relevant, protect the intake channel from abuse, maintain a private founder-relationship record and respond when appropriate.
Language preference and analytics
When a visitor manually switches language, a first-party functional cookie stores only the selected en or zh preference for up to one year. Founder-submitted fields and private notes are not sent to analytics.
Storage and notifications
Successful submissions are stored in a private founder-relationship database. Operational email notification may be enabled separately; disabling email does not affect secure database storage.
Access and security
Founder context is available only inside the authenticated DUNE relationship workspace. Access requires a verified identity and an active database role; unknown authenticated accounts are denied.
Retention and requests
Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the relationship, operational records, security and applicable obligations. Access, correction or deletion requests may be started through Talk to DUNE.
Sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, medical information, trade secrets or other information that is not necessary for an initial conversation.
